Full equestrian product rangeWe develop and produce cut-and-sew riding apparel across knit and woven riding fabrics. Customizable dimensions are fabric, pattern and fit block, colorway, print or sublimation, logo and embroidery, trims (grip, zippers, closures), size grading and packaging. We do not make hard goods such as helmets, boots or saddlery — see the full equestrian product range at our hub.
Three ways to work with the factory, depending on whether you bring a finished design, a rough brief, or an existing line you want re-labelled — each with a clear split of who owns which step.
Looking for straight wholesale or bulk resale rather than custom manufacturing? That's a separate program (page forthcoming) — this page is about building your own product.
How an order actually moves through the factory — each stage with its own deliverable and time window, so you can plan a season and know exactly what you receive at every step.
We review your tech-pack or brief and return a costed spec — fabric, construction, MOQ, timeline. Deliverable: quotation + BOM confirmation.
Pattern making, grading and a sewn sample in your fabric. Deliverable: physical sample for fit and quality sign-off (sample fee credited against a first bulk order over MOQ).
You approve fit, color and construction; we lock the pre-production standard and corrections. Deliverable: approved sealed sample + PP sheet.
Cut, sew and finish against the sealed sample across our lines; print and pattern setup is one-time and reused on restocks. Deliverable: production run to spec.
Final AQL inspection, then packing and worldwide DDP dispatch. Deliverable: inspected, packed order with documentation.
Simple styles sample and run at the fast end of these windows; multi-piece show and competition kit or specialty fabrics sit at the upper end — both stated on your quote.
Why riding apparel is built differently from generic sportswear — the fabric behaviour and construction details that matter in the saddle, and what we can specify for your line.
Three inspection gates catch problems before they reach a carton — so lot quality is verified, not assumed, on every order.
Fabric and trims are checked for weight, hand, color match and defects before cutting, so a bad roll never enters production.
Sewing is checked at the line against the sealed sample — seam strength, measurements, symmetry, print and logo placement — so construction drift is caught mid-run, not at the end.
Finished goods are inspected to an agreed AQL level for measurement tolerance, appearance, function and packing before dispatch; third-party or your-appointed inspection is welcome.
Send your tech-pack or a short brief — we'll come back with fabric options, MOQ and a lead-time window.

We manufacture to these standards and can supply certificates for due diligence — no invented or unrelated marks.
