What we make — and what we don't

We develop and produce cut-and-sew riding apparel across knit and woven riding fabrics. Customizable dimensions are fabric, pattern and fit block, colorway, print or sublimation, logo and embroidery, trims (grip, zippers, closures), size grading and packaging. We do not make hard goods such as helmets, boots or saddlery — see the full equestrian product range at our hub.

Ways to work with the factory

OEM, ODM and Private-Label Manufacturing — Choose How Much We Build

Three ways to work with the factory, depending on whether you bring a finished design, a rough brief, or an existing line you want re-labelled — each with a clear split of who owns which step.

01 You design, we build

OEM

Who it fitsEstablished brands with in-house design who need reliable production capacity and compliance under their own label.
What we ownYou supply the tech-pack, patterns and materials spec; we source approved fabrics, grade, cut, sew and finish to your standard.
02 We develop from your brief

ODM

Who it fitsNew labels, retailers and distributors launching a line without a full design and pattern team.
What we ownYou give a concept, reference or target rider; our development team turns it into patterns, fabric selection and a sample, then produces it.
03 Our base styles, your brand

Private Label

Who it fitsBuyers who want a validated fit block and a shorter development runway — the fastest route to market.
What we ownYou adapt proven riding-wear blocks with your colorway, logo and trim, and ship under your label.

Looking for straight wholesale or bulk resale rather than custom manufacturing? That's a separate program (page forthcoming) — this page is about building your own product.

Down the production line

OEM/ODM Production Process and Lead Times

How an order actually moves through the factory — each stage with its own deliverable and time window, so you can plan a season and know exactly what you receive at every step.

01
1–2 days

Tech-pack & Quotation

We review your tech-pack or brief and return a costed spec — fabric, construction, MOQ, timeline. Deliverable: quotation + BOM confirmation.

02
~7 days

Pattern & Sample

Pattern making, grading and a sewn sample in your fabric. Deliverable: physical sample for fit and quality sign-off (sample fee credited against a first bulk order over MOQ).

03
PP meeting

Sample Approval

You approve fit, color and construction; we lock the pre-production standard and corrections. Deliverable: approved sealed sample + PP sheet.

04
15–25 days

Bulk Production

Cut, sew and finish against the sealed sample across our lines; print and pattern setup is one-time and reused on restocks. Deliverable: production run to spec.

05
AQL + DDP

Inspection & Delivery

Final AQL inspection, then packing and worldwide DDP dispatch. Deliverable: inspected, packed order with documentation.

Simple styles sample and run at the fast end of these windows; multi-piece show and competition kit or specialty fabrics sit at the upper end — both stated on your quote.

Why riding kit is built differently

Riding Fabrics and Garment Construction

Why riding apparel is built differently from generic sportswear — the fabric behaviour and construction details that matter in the saddle, and what we can specify for your line.

Four-way-stretch riding knit fabric detail Breathable mesh panel detail Dye-sublimation print detail on riding wear
  • Four-way stretch where the rider movesKnit fabrics engineered to recover at the seat and knee so breeches hold shape through mounting, posting and long hours — stretch content and recovery specified to the garment, not one blanket fabric.
  • Abrasion and seat durabilityReinforced full-seat and knee constructions with bar-tacked stress points survive saddle contact and repeated wash; construction is matched to daily-schooling or competition use.
  • Breathability and moisture managementMesh panels and moisture-wicking knits placed where heat builds under a jacket or against tall boots, so kit stays workable through a class.
  • Sublimation, print and a riding-specific cutFull-surface dye-sublimation for team designs that won't crack or peel, plus embroidery and heat-transfer for logos — with patterns drafted for a seated, forward posture rather than a standing block.
All fabrics can be specified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 or GRS recycled content on request.
Three inspection gates

Quality Control: Incoming, In-Line and Final AQL Inspection

Three inspection gates catch problems before they reach a carton — so lot quality is verified, not assumed, on every order.

Gate 01

Incoming Material Inspection

Fabric and trims are checked for weight, hand, color match and defects before cutting, so a bad roll never enters production.

Gate 02

In-Line Inspection

Sewing is checked at the line against the sealed sample — seam strength, measurements, symmetry, print and logo placement — so construction drift is caught mid-run, not at the end.

Gate 03

Final AQL Inspection

Finished goods are inspected to an agreed AQL level for measurement tolerance, appearance, function and packing before dispatch; third-party or your-appointed inspection is welcome.

You receive inspection records with the shipment, and one accountable factory to resolve any issue — not a trader passing it down the chain.
